Analance Business Intelligence was a powerful but notoriously difficult-to-use analytics platform serving enterprise clients. The tool had strong data processing capabilities but suffered from poor visual design, confusing navigation, and a cluttered interface that required extensive training. My role was to completely redesign the user experience while maintaining all existing functionality and data connections.
